TAIPEI (Taiwan News) – Pop star Bruno Mars will perform live at the Kaohsiung National Stadium, reports said Friday (June 21).
The singer-songwriter is scheduled to appear in the southern city on Sept. 8. The event will be his first concert in Taiwan since he sang at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center in 2018, Vogue Taiwan reported.
The Hawaiian-born hitmaker of “Just the Way You Are,” “That’s What I Like,” and “Uptown Funk” was named as one of the world’s most influential people by Time Magazine in 2011. He has won 15 Grammy Awards and sold over 26 million albums and 200 million singles.
Organizer Live Nation said its members will be able to buy tickets on June 27 from 10 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Other fans will have to wait until 10 a.m. the next day.
