TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Blackpink's Lisa is reportedly planning on performing in Kaohsiung in November.
Over the past few days, more detailed schedules have surfaced online, indicating a possible performance on Nov. 16, per TVBS.
An industry insider confirmed with UDN that the 27-year-old Thai artist will come to Taiwan to perform, and CTi News cited a source as saying the venue will be the Kaohsiung Arena. However details such as whether she will perform new songs, whether it will be a solo concert or a multi-artist show, are still unknown.
In February, Lisa established her personal management company “Lloud” and has since released songs like "Rockstar" and "New Woman," breaking away from her previous K-pop style. Last week, Lisa won her second Best K-Pop trophy award at the MTV Video Music Awards.
If Lisa’s visit comes to fruition, it will be her second appearance in south Taiwan after last year’s concert with Blackpink at Kaohsiung National Stadium. It will also be her first time performing in Taiwan as a solo artist if her bandmates do not join her.
