TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Five NT$10 million (US$325,000) Special Prize winners have yet to redeem their receipts for the July-August draw of the Taiwan receipt lottery.
The Ministry of Finance on Thursday (Nov. 21) said there are still five unclaimed Special Prizes and four unclaimed NT$2 million Grand Prizes from the July-August round, per CNA. People must redeem their winning receipts for this edition before Jan. 6, 2025.
The lucky Special Prize winner who spent the least and won the most bought Oreo cookies for NT$35 at the FamilyMart Jinnantun store on Nantun Road in Taichung's Nantun District. The second-luckiest customer bought a beverage for NT$99 at a Free Union Supermarket on Yuanlin Road in Taoyuan's Daxi District.
The third-luckiest consumer spent NT$100 on a parking fee at a lot run by DodoHome Parking on Hangzhou 3rd Street in Chiayi's West District. In fourth place was a patron who spent NT$135 on beverages at the White Alley tea shop on Fenglin Road in Kaohsiung's Fengshan District.
The Special Prize winner who spent the most bought NT$200 in food items from the Shopee branch on Zhongxiao East Road, Section 4 in Taipei's Xinyi District.
The Grand Prize winner who spent the least bought food items for NT$95 at the Chiehtung department store on Youchang Street in Kaohsiung's Nanzih District. Another consumer purchased NT$132 in products at the Love Home department store on Yanping North Road in Taipei's Shilin District.
A patron of the PX Mart on Minxiang Road in Taichung's Qingshui District spent NT$353 on food. The Grand Prize winner with the largest expenditure spent NT$405 on food at the Starbucks on Gongyi Road in Taichung's West District.
