Desserts
Desserts highlight playful combinations and textures. The passionfruit peach cone is filled with a luscious peach-passionfruit chantilly, while dried passionfruit sprinkled on top adds a chewy, tangy note that contrasts with the creamy filling.

The mango mousse offers a silky mango sauce encased in soft white chiffon cake, resting on a crunchy cookie base that adds a satisfying crunch.

Osmanthus tangyuan jelly offers a floral aroma, featuring chewy tangyuan and lychee popping pearls suspended in a delicate, fragrant jelly.

The pineapple salted egg yolk macaron balances tangy pineapple with savory egg yolk, accented with a hint of chocolate to round out this tropical reinterpretation of a French classic.

Savory creations
The Thai shrimp jelly wraps shrimp, mango, and cucumber in sparkling wine jelly, creating a refreshing bite. It is finished with a drizzle of Thai sweet and sour sauce and a touch of caviar for bursts of flavor.

The pineapple chicken tart combines smoked chicken and bamboo shoots with smooth pineapple cream cheese for a creamy yet refreshing bite.

The mentaiko smoked salmon brioche layers baked egg and smoked salmon with mentaiko cream cheese, topped with salmon roe to introduce a pop of umami.
